Poem. Published in the catalogue of the solo exhibition of Kensuke Shimizu, the exhibition was held at the Lavatoio Contumaciale, in Rome, Italy, in March 2012. The Italian translation of this poem (Italian translation by Paolo Guzzi) was also published in this same catalogue. The catalogue was published by "Le Impronte degli Uccelli" (Rome, Italy), in 2012.

These poems were first exhibited as part of the Kensuke Shimizu's artwork entitled Finland Story, at the solo art exhibition of Kensuke Shimizu, held at the Corridor Gallery of the International Cultural Centre CAISA, in Helsinki, Finland, in March, 2005. Poem, using Finnish and English. To some extent, visually intriguing also. The poem, Joen rannalla, was used as part of the Kensuke Shimizu’s artwork, Joen rannalla Riverside. After that, the artwork Joen rannalla Riverside including this poem, was exhibited at the solo art exhibition of Kensuke Shimizu, held at the Gallery Togeisha, Tokyo, from July 31st 2006 to August 5th 2006. Kensuke Shimizu sang his poems (part of "Mr.G and Mr.J", and also "Life in Flat").

2006 December 6th: Presentation at the meeting of "Yooroppa minzokugaku kenkyukai" (European Ethnology Society), held at a building of Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.Presentation was about the lights of the urban landscape of Turku, Finland - Christmas Season.
